Job DescriptionThe University Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is seeking a Student Sourcing & Systems Assistant to join our dynamic team. UOES is responsible for overseeing the University’s event management, hospitality services, campus dining operations, and customer service functions, all while supporting student life, academic success, and research initiatives.This position will report directly to the Business and Optimization Program Manager. The Student Sourcing & Systems Assistant will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of our foodservice systems by assisting with data input, system maintenance, and analysis.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of foodservice software systems to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Contribute to project-based data analysis, providing insights to improve decision-making and operational performance.

Minimum Qualifications
- This position is open only to currently enrolled university and college students.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, with the ability to navigate common tools effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members.
- Basic understanding of database management principles.
- Ability to meet standard office physical requirements.
- Willingness to collect data in a kitchen environment as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Qualtrics, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is a plus, though not required.
- Food service experience is helpful but not necessary
