This role will report through the Operations Workforce Integration Manager.What You Will Be Doing
- Manages hourly internal staffing process and supports external staffing process
- Utilize production staffing forecasts to drive
internal/external hiring decisions
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
- Develop labor strategies to align with contractual bargaining agreement
- Assist with community outreach initiatives to include K-12, technical colleges, and local college and career academies
- Lead skills development programs and employee upskilling projects
- Liaise between various functional teams Labor Relations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Production management
- Develop reports, presentations, project management status reports
- Manage planning/requirements of Marietta Apprenticeship Program
- Organize and maintain documentation as needed to support staffing requirements
