This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who enjoys advocacy and is open to going to trial when necessary. While employment law experience is not required, litigation experience is essential.What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, including motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and arbitration .
  • Represent clients in court , including trials if needed, this role requires someone open to trial work, though extensive trial experience is not required.
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs with strong research and writing skills.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the firm’s team to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on case management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience (employment law background is a plus, but not required).
  • Comfortable handling trials if necessary , but deep trial experience is not a requirement .
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently .
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to client service.
