Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee pre-employment health screenings at a mobile clinic in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Phlebotomy and clinical procedures and a commitment to ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. - Conduct pre-employment health screenings, including physical examinations, drug tests, and required immunizations.
- Review medical histories and document relevant information in compliance with organizational policies.
- Administer diagnostic tests (e.g., TB tests, vision and hearing assessments) as required.
- Ensure all screenings are performed accurately and meet regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Educate clients on health and safety protocols and answer any questions regarding the screening process.
Qualifications:
- Active IL LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Phlebotomy skills required
