- 2-10 years of experience with employment law – plaintiff or defense candidates welcomed
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions
- Comfortable attending court appearances
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- J.D. & good standing with the CA bar
