This position is focused on recruiting and building the supply of people available to fill job orders for our client companies. With 7 locations in the Indy Metro area, Express is the leader in the Human Resource and Employment Staffing Industry and is the largest privately owned staffing company in the United States.Responsibilities:
- Work with our clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Receive and fill job orders with urgency.
- Recruit, interview, test and reference check applicants to determine placement potential.
- Support the growth of our business with inside sales efforts to increase client usage.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Onboard new employees
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Skills/Requirements:
- Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals.
- Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong character; committed to doing the right thing and treating people with kindness
