Employment Law Senior Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Illinois
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation with knowledge of discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively from day one
- Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel for hearings, depositions, and client matters as needed
