This role offers a mix of employment counseling, litigation, and transactional work , providing a well-rounded practice in a top-tier firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment policies, practices, and compliance .
- Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements .
- Provide guidance on statutory and regulatory employment laws .
- Represent clients in employment litigation and related matters.
- Mentor and train junior associates in the practice group.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of employment & labor law experience at a law firm.
- Strong experience in employment counseling, litigation, and transactional work .
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills .
- High level of initiative, motivation, and leadership skills .
- Admitted to the California Bar .
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $310,000+ (Final offer based on experience and location).
