- Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues.
- Work closely with human resources and management to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with transactional matters and employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
- Handle employment disputes and oversee any litigation matters by coordinating with litigation department.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to employment.
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the workplace.
- Participate in professional development activities to keep skills current and relevant.
