A successful candidate will possess 7 years of experience practicing employment litigation (management side) and significant experience with counseling, advice, training, and compliance matters.Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on employer-side representation.
- Proven track record of success in handling employment-related litigation matters.
- Employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour.
- Counseling and advice experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
