- 4 – 6 years’ experience in Employment litigation, including single plaintiff, wage & hour, and representative actions
- Skilled at drafting and arguing motions
- Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
- Strong academic credentials
- Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Member of the Utah bar in good standing
