The Labor & Employment Practice represents clients nationwide in employment litigation, counseling, and training. With a team spread across the U.S., the firm offers consistent representation for clients in various jurisdictions.Candidate Parameters:
- 3-7 years of experience in employment law
- Experience in employment litigation, including PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- California Bar admission
