- Manage employment litigation cases from start to finish, including:
- Responding to pleadings and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Participating in mediations and trial preparation
- Provide day-to-day counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law challenges
- Draft and revise employee handbooks, workplace policies, and training programs
- Educate clients through learning programs that help businesses navigate employment-related challenges
- Leverage cutting-edge legal technology to provide innovative client solutions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar is required
- 4+ years of employment litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
