Sesdac, Inc. a CQL accredited, non-for-profit organization, supporting adults with developmental disabilities is seeking an Assistant Director of Day and Employment Services. This position will report to the Director of Services and will plan, develop, coordinate and Day and Employment Services opportunities.Candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in staff development or equivalent education and experience is required. Preferred candidates will have experience in program development in addition to experience working with people with developmental disabilities.The successful candidate will be classified as non-exempt with a starting annual pay of $48,000 – $55,000 dependent on qualifications.
