Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles/RemoteOur client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate to join their growing LA and national labor & employment practice. The firm is seeking candidates who reside in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego as the team is not required to work fully in the office in accordance with the firm’s Remote Permissive Work Policy.The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 – $300,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of labor and employment defense experience
- General employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling experience is required
- Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience, are also required
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the California State Bar
