Job Title: Supervisor of Youth EmploymentJob Summary:CASES, a leading organization dedicated to empowering young adults, is seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor of Youth Employment to lead employment services across our three office locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development and job readiness programs. As the Supervisor of Youth Employment, you will be responsible for managing a team of eight staff members, overseeing the day-to-day operations of employment programming, and developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. This role requires a blend of leadership, program management, and community engagement skills to drive positive outcomes for our young adult participants.Salary: The salary for the Team Leader role is $80,000 per year.Shift Hours: The Team Leader is working Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.Location Address: 4 West 125th Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10027.Workplace Flexibility: Flexible: Positions for which staff have flexibility to complete their workday from home or another suitable space, typically after reporting to the office and/or engaging in field or community-based work.What you will be doing:

  • Hire, train and develop career mentors in Brooklyn, Harlem and Bronx offices and work crew supervisors for the ACES program.
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Department of Probation (DOP) and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain work site opportunities for ACES Work Crew.
  • Ensure contractual outcomes are met through programming.
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for DOP programs.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships for referral services and opportunities for youth.
  • Oversee CASES SYEP program.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure successful programming for participants.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all services by staff in multiple databases.
  • Other duties as assigned by Senior Director.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience of contracts and small teams.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and remain highly organized.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Experience of developing relationships with community-based organizations and service providers.
