Our client, a well-established and growing plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact wage and hour class action cases in both state and federal courts, while advocating for employees and consumers.Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation:

Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in California
- 7+ years of plaintiff-side wage and hour class action civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day one
- Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client matters
