Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate Requirements & Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • 6 to 15 years of relevant corporate transactional experience
  • Substantial experience with M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, fund formation, and general corporate contracts
  • Active Florida Bar admission and good standing
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex matters independently and collaborate as part of a team
